Hi
I'm now sharing with you all two of my subjects in my studies.Firstly Food and Nutrition(F&N) is about food and nutrients as you can see from the name.It teaches us about cooking and teaches us calories in our daily food as well as teaching us a correct way of having a healthy diet in order to lead a healthy lifestyle.
Secondly, I'm going to talk about Design and Technology(DnT). Basically,it emphasise more on practical work rather than theory work.Although practical work is fun but theory work can be also as fun as theory work as it teaches us things like structures and tools that are essential for our practical work. Nevertheless,DnT can also helps me to exploit my creativity where i can design something to my own liking.
